Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-28

Brevo Capital is operated by Merchant Dash LLC. We are not a lender. We publish independent reviews and information about business financing, and — if you submit a funding application through our site — we connect you with funding partners who may be able to offer you financing. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

If you submit a funding application

Our application (/apply) collects, as you complete it:

  • Business information: legal business name, DBA, EIN, business type, business address, phone number, email address, time in business, and monthly/annual revenue.
  • Owner information: full name, date of birth, Social Security Number, home address, and ownership percentage for each business owner listed. Social Security Numbers are encrypted before they are stored.
  • Funding request details: the amount requested, purpose of funds, urgency, and any existing business debt you disclose.
  • Bank statements: if you choose to upload them, PDF copies of recent business bank statements. This step is optional.
  • Consent records: the exact text of, and timestamp for, each consent you give — the contact consent you give earlier in the form, and the application consent you give when you submit, which includes your electronic signature and your authorization for us and our funding partners to obtain a credit report and verify the information you provided.
  • Technical and attribution data: the page that referred you, UTM campaign parameters, your device type, and your IP address.

If you start an application but don’t finish it, we save your progress so you can resume later, and — if you provided an email address — we may send you a reminder email with a link to pick up where you left off.

If you use our other forms

We also run short quiz-style lead forms (for example on /leads) that collect your name, email address, and your answers to a few qualifying questions. Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Our quick-quote tool collects your name, email address, estimated monthly revenue, and the funding amount you’re interested in. Our free guides and newsletter signup collect your email address.

Analytics and site operation

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, time on site, and general location at the country/city level — and Vercel Speed Insights to measure site performance. We also use essential cookies for site functionality, and affiliate partners linked from our content may set their own cookies to track referrals.

If you upload a document, our system may check it for malware using a third-party security scanning service before it is stored.

How We Use Your Information

  • To share your funding application with participating funding partners so they can evaluate your request and contact you about financing options.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve this site, including saving and letting you resume an in-progress application.
  • To respond to messages you send us and to send newsletter or guide-delivery emails, if you sign up for them.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of our application process.

How We Share Your Information

Funding partners. If you submit a funding application, we share the information in it with funding partners for the purpose of obtaining financing offers for you. A funding partner may contact you directly. Brevo Capital does not make credit decisions and is not a lender — we are a referral service, and funding partners may compensate us if your business is referred to them or funded.

Service providers. We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database, and Resend for sending email. We also use Slack internally so our team is notified when an application or message comes in — that notification includes the business and applicant-name details from your submission, not your Social Security Number or bank statements. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site.

Affiliate partners. Brevo Capital also participates in affiliate programs; affiliate partners may use cookies to track referrals when you click an affiliate link. This is separate from, and does not affect, how a funding application is handled.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process. Whether sharing your information with a compensating funding partner is considered a “sale” of personal information under laws such as the CCPA depends on your state; contact us using the details below if you have questions about your state’s rights.

Data Security

We use measures such as encryption for Social Security Numbers and access controls to help protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Your Rights & Choices

  • Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
  • Withdraw contact consent at any time by contacting us or the funding partner who reached out to you.
  • Request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Information already shared with a funding partner is subject to that partner’s own privacy practices, and we may need to retain some records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.

Children’s Privacy

This site and our application process are intended for business owners age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
